Just carry the lightweight L90 Step-ke stepladder under your arm and take it with you whenever you have to clean the shelves in the cellar, wash your windows, or change a light bulb in the garage. The ladder has a locking mechanism that prevents the stepladder from collapsing accidentally and steps on both sides. The stepladder folds down compactly so you can just shove it under the table or in the corner after use.
