Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds

We offer premium delivery services tailored to your order value:

Orders over £40: Free standard delivery.
Orders under £40: A flat delivery fee of £4.99 applies.

Large Items & Pallet Deliveries

To ensure premium items arrive undamaged, oversized orders or large garden setups are shipped securely on commercial pallets.

Curbside Delivery: Pallet deliveries are strictly curbside. The courier will unload the pallet onto the nearest flat, solid surface outside your property.
No Indoor Handling: Drivers cannot transport pallets up steep inclines, across gravel, over grass, or inside your home or garden.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a pallet delivery for reasons other than transit damage—such as lack of property access, restrictive terrain, or change of mind—you will be held liable for the return transit fees. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.

Inspection & Damage Claims

Your order undergoes strict quality checks before leaving our warehouse.

Inspect on Arrival: You must inspect the condition of your delivery immediately upon receipt.
Reporting Window: In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, you must report the issue to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of both the goods and the packaging.
